"In itself it sounds good and works partially well: The communication platform with Acad-Write and the author is good and convenient to use from mobile phones, too, the system with the telephone conferences. The costs are set in advance and it stays that way. The first author was not up to the requirements of a dissertation and the topic, the second author was competent and had a good, structured plan. Problem was with me that she saw the work at Acad only as a part-time job and accordingly motivated were also some partial deliveries and the final delivery. Dates of the partial deliveries were shifted several times in the timetable generously to the back without consultation with the customer, so that the actually late delivery was always in the system as "premature delivery". The author responded late to news and was also partly delayed for my supervisor. Why the proofreading and the plag-scan of the final delivery is carried out in time before the change requests of the customer is not conclusive, because with me still some points had to be corrected. The editorial afterwards contained some mistakes, partly even corrected incorrectly. Forms uploaded at the start of the order were only taken into account as a reminder, which would theoretically be the task of the editorial department, as described on the Acad homepage. In total, the work was uploaded 10 days after the scheduled deadline, with countless messages in between with the Acad supervisor. I made the correction loop 2 myself - so that there are no further delays. I have given myself enough time to quickly correct or confirm the partial deliveries, which were then not used because they never came on the day or the day after, as agreed. If you decide for Acad, you have to know something in advance: you have to monitor everything yourself and take care of yourself, the Acad maintainers have a large pool of tasks. If you submit a feedback with a correction request, you should still check this, if everything was also carried out and check again at the second reminder. In addition, the work itself read multiple proof - technically and orthographically and possibly additionally order another copy. Thus, for me price-performance are not in the ratio, as it initially sounded and what I finally got."

"The time goals were met at all times. Nevertheless, some remarks on partial deliveries have not been implemented and generally the scientific execution of the work has been satisfactory. In addition, the final work contained despite editing several more form and spelling mistakes. "

"the first order was processed quickly and friendly - after the first order extension (in total 2 expansions) the communication and on-time delivery became more and more inadequate. Also, the care was made by different service consultants and accordingly inconsistent. The first order worked very well - extension poor. Content always great quality - but the timing was optimized"

According to Timetable, The final work was not delivered on the 15th. Since I was under time pressure, an important factor. 2) When I received the final work after proofreading, I immediately noticed mistakes. In an enumeration, some sentences have one point, others not. The same words are spelled differently. Formatting errors. I am aware that writing on / finishing a job is not easy. This has its price and if this is paid, the performance must be delivered professionally. Which unfortunately was not the case. For me it was my first and last mission."

"I found the staff and the author unfortunately very rude. An appointment was postponed without asking, because the editing takes longer. Work is ok."

"I have a huge no-no for services that charge separately for every little thing. These guys are very sneaky though, I was sure everything was fine until they sent me a paper in a wrong format and said I had to pay in order to get it done as I want. And they are far not the cheapest service out there!"

"I'm not sure if it's even possible to make the process of order placement more complex than on Acad Writing! First I couldn't even find the Order button (turned out it was at the Contact link), then had to follow several links I got on my email, then they refused to give me a free sample, basically saying their writers were to qualified to do anything for free. I never made it to placing an order itself. What do they think they are??"

"They have some exceptional skill in wasting tons of pages to describe what exactly they do and still make one want to contact their support for additional info. Must admit the customer support agent was super friendly and sounded happy to answer the silliest questions, she took me through all the steps of the order placement and introduced me to the writer. Everything was made on time and the quality was just fine. Huge BUT: they are quite pricey and do not offer any discount. I'll look for something else."

"Okay, I really got my order on time. That was great, as I did not expect this service to fit in with the 48 hours and 4 pages. They did. The bad side is the quality - it does not suit even the 1st year college academic level. It is too weak and does not have important elements. (and for a second, I am a 3rd year, and asked for a relevant paper). I am not willing to work with them in the future."

"We all have heard about german quality, punctuality, and professionalism. However, none of the three have anything in common with acad-write.com. Maybe that is just branding and a lying story about them being delivered in Germany, but for me it was a great experience with a service I would never ever want to work with again."

"A whole thousand dollars for a college paper? It sounds like a nightmare! At least to me! When Acad-Write promised me to do the job for $800 of course I agreed. How much I regret now! It does not have a single hint of being created by an expert, nor it consists of the required terms and quotations. I`m deeply and unpleasantly surprised by such an unprofessional support from a service with an extensive amount of experience. Sadly, will not use again, nor give a good recommendation."
