Other features include a 24/7 customer support department which is available through phone or live chat. We tested this availability and did find both platforms live at a variety of times in the day or night. However, we also found that the representatives were foreigners, difficult to understand, and that they were unable to provide details to the questions that we asked. In some instances, we were simply told to complete an order form and ask our questions of our writer after the order was placed and paid for. This was not a good sign.
Pricing System and Discounts
Essays Master prices are not published as a whole. Visitors can get a pricing quote by entering initial information on a form prior to placing a full order. We did find a link for EssaysMaster.com discounts and were able to determine that there are discounts form 5 – 20% based upon the size of the order (page length). There are no Essays Master promo codes for new customers, nor is there a published EssaysMaster coupon code program. The site simply says that these can be obtained by clicking the “Get My discount” button during the ordering process. Again, discounts are based upon total pages of each individual order.
Security Level (and how to proceed with the payment)
Customers may pay for their orders through the use of any major credit card or PayPal. Payment methods are fully secure through a third-party SSL certified processor. Customers can feel very safe in providing their financial information as they make payments for their orders.
Writer Expertise and Delivery
Our EssaysMater.com review focused heavily on quality of writing. To evaluate this, we used a number of elements – quality of content on the site, samples of writing available on the site, essays Master testimonials posted on the site, comments and feedback form off-site customers, and our review of the research product we received. The picture is not pretty.
- The site content as well the blog posts comprise some of the worst writing we have encountered on a writing service website. Grammar and word usage can only be described as terrible.
- EssaysMaster reviews posted on the web all protested the quality of resources and writing, and a lack of response from writers and customer support to address these issues.
- The research paper we received was a piece of writing that we would never advise a student submit to an instructor for a grade.
Additional Benefits
The company provides a free title page and bibliography and revisions within the parameters of it revision policy. Unfortunately, our attempt to get revisions was difficult and ultimately not satisfactory.
Conclusion
We can state that Essays Master is legit and that it does fulfill and deliver orders. In terms of what it produces, however, the quality is poor at best. We therefore assign a EssaysMaster.com rating of “Poor.” We cannot recommend this service to students in English-speaking institutions.
