However, as we reviewed the website, we quickly saw that it serves students all over the world who need English writing services. The list of products and services is extensive and includes most any assignment a student might get from high school through Ph.D. level work.
There is a separate “Ghostwriting” link too. This outlines products and services for authors, business owners, and those in need of online content marketing and social media platform profiles and maintenance.
Pricing System and Discounts
There is a pricing calculator on the company website homepage. OzEssay prices seem to be about average for the industry, and they are published in U.S. dollars. The 8-page paper we ordered was priced at $144.33, but there is a OZEssay.com coupon code for a 7% discount for new customers. We did not see any other Ozessay.com discounts on the site, so contacted customer support about that. We were told that they occasionally publish Oz Essay promo codes on the site, or that returning customers could contact them for a discount.
Customers can calculate the prices of the products/services they want on the home page of the company website. Our 8-page research paper, with a 7-day deadline was priced at $144.33, about average for the industry. There is a promo code for a 7% new customer discount. Other discounts were not advertised, but we were told by the customer service department that we could request coupon codes for discounts once we were a return customer. We would have to contact them for those codes.
Security Level
The company guarantees privacy to its customers and states that it encrypts all customer information. We have no reason to doubt this. Further, payment processing occurs through a third-party processor with SSL-certification. The site is safe to use.
Writer Expertise and Delivery
Writer expertise can only be determined by actual products and by OzEssay reviews from actual customers. We also try to check out the samples and blog posts on company websites. Here is what we have found:
- There are samples on the site, but the link to them was broken and we were not able to review them
- The customer reviews we found on the web are somewhat mixed. Native English-speaking students were not thrilled with their products, complaining about the quality of resources used, organizational structure, and writers not following instructions.
- ESL students seem to be pleased with their products
- We found several issues with the research paper we ordered. First, we provided a topic and a thesis statement. The topic was addressed but not our thesis. In fact, we could find no thesis statement in the introductory paragraph. The structure was a bit illogical, and there were also grammatical and word usage errors that we would find form an ESL writer. Overall, we were disappointed.
Certainly, OZ Essay is legit. But we would caution native English-speaking students – they may not get the quality they want.
Additional Benefits
The company website guarantees privacy, direct communication between customers and their writers, originality, and revisions as requested. Beyond that, we could not find any other benefits.
Conclusion
Oz Essay is a legitimate writing service. ESL students may find the products and services acceptable. Native English-speaking students may not. We would urge some caution when using this service and are giving it an overall Ozessay.com rating of “Fair.”
