Paperial.com looks to be one of the more mainstream services online. Their site looks advanced, showing that they invested well in design and copies. Our job is to review Paperial’s services in order to assess the pros & cons of their services. We also look at customer reviews to how they fared with past clients. We also did our due diligence by checking to see if they were part of the Better Business Bureau (BBB). The only issue that we seemed to find is that their FAQs were incomplete. We emailed customer service to ask more questions. They obliged and we learned a lot of information that was not part of the service. Read our assessment below:
Services and Features Available
The unique feature about Paperial is that their services are as minimalist as their website. They only offer three academic writing services, such as term papers, essays, and research papers. Other features include custom essays and essay assistance. Although editing and proofreading were not mentioned as services, we asked the customer representative and confirmed that it was part of the package we will order. They also have samples available from their list of writers.
Pricing System and Discounts
Paperial.com has low prices, but not much lower than their competitors. The paper we ordered was reasonably priced and we feel that it passed the bar in terms of the content and quality. Other testimonials attested that they had a 50% discount, but we asked and looked and not one promo code or coupon codes were found.
The review was recent enough, so this makes us think that Paperial is paying for non-professional reviews from random people. Their low rates are not enough to reel us in because it is not ideal for bulk orders, many of which come from students who ask for term papers of consecutive essays. We asked in our email if they would offer us a discount for that, but the representative did not acknowledge that question or may have misread it.
Security Level
The payment process for the order was secure, as we used PayPal to transact with the company. They also accept all major credit cards. One point of contention for us was their policy on escrow payments. We found no evidence of any tool or platform that allowed for escrow payments. We paid them as we normally would through PayPal. If we paid using our credit card, we would not know if the money was in escrow or not because of the lack of information.
Writers Expertise and Delivery
Their list of writers consist of profiles with samples. The identities, however, were hidden using blurry pictures or pseudonyms. They insist that the writers have PhDs and Masters Degrees, but the small list leaves room for doubt in terms of expertise and specialization. If we ordered a specialized topic, we would not be sure if they had a writer with that type of expertise.
After placing our order, we waited 6 hours before they responded. If we asked for a three hour rush project, we would have been late for our submission had we been students asking for an actual paper. The paper we ordered was an essay that discussed a Greek philosopher. It was a while before our order was confirmed, but we expected that because writers had to bid on the job before we would be entertained.
The essay was good enough to pass, but we did notice some errors in the text. We requested a full edit and they allowed it. Unfortunately, it still took a while for them to get it back to us. The paper was sent to use after 24 hours.
We assessed the paper by checking for plagiarism, both electronically and manually. We can confirm that Paperial is not a fraud or scam because they gave us an original paper. Our only concern was that they took too long to process orders and requests.
Additional Benefits
As much as we tried to find other benefits, there were none. They did not offer any freebies, nor did they have any external promos and discounts outside of the site. We looked through reviews to see what else they offered, but most of them were about pre-existing services on the site. The free editing was good enough for us and we expect that they would allow revisions as well, as stated by their representative.
Conclusion
Paperial.com gets a poor rating from us because of the time spent waiting for the paper. Students would be hard-pressed to ask for updates, especially because of the long waiting time. We do not recommend this site to students asking for a rush job because they do not respond in time for you to order one.
