The biggest issue we have with Papersowl.com is the responsibility placed upon the student to find a high-quality writer for his need. He must do all of the work in investigating the backgrounds and experience of the bidders, and they can certainly exaggerate their educational backgrounds and expertise. The other issue we have is that the company does not really have a customer service department that is quickly available and fully responsive. PapersOwl depends on the customer to settle issues with his writer, and this is not ideal. Given the level of quality and the lack of real administrative control over the entire process, we are assigning a rating of 2, on our scale of 1-5.
