" This site is a scam. Here's how my experience went: 1) No communication outside the web portal, and no indication my document uploads failed because their site was not working. Had to email everything to a support address at another domain (support@skillroads.com) on day 2 of my 3 day deadline. Not my fault. They requested another 48 hours, which I gracious allowed. 2) The resume returned by the "writer" was 90% identical to what I provided them except for many poorly substituted synonyms. Also added were made up accomplishments and metrics I could never explain in an interview. 3) The cover letter was delivered an additional 12 hours late. Clearly the "writer" was a non-native English speaker, as the letter was riddled with obscure synonyms for what should have been common nouns and adjectives. Professionals would NEVER use them in conversation or written communications. Some examples: "...demonstrated illustrious acuity..." "...executing superlative solutions that enkindle productivity..." "My capacity encapsulates abetting and executing unique solutions..." "...I facilitated productive interfaces with my peers..." "...I have espoused apt business outcomes...", "...apt resolutions...", "...apt insight...", Plus, there were many grammatical errors and even *entire sentences repeated*!!! "

I had to explain it three times and they still didn't get it so I didn't use the paper they completed - it was useless to me and made no sense. When I tried to get a refund, they would not give me one so I disputed it on my credit card. They emailed me and threatened to publish my personal information online and contact my college/university. DON'T do business with any service that threatens to publish your personal information. They DO NOT protect your privacy and they will threaten you if you don't pay them - regardless if you didn't get what you asked for."
