Services and Features Available
Term Paper Easy offers academic and business writing to customers in English-speaking countries. It boasts qualified and degreed writers from the U.S. and UK. While at one point on its website it speaks to writing for undergraduate and graduate students, we discovered that the also offer high school academic writing too.
Other services include admissions, scholarship, and personal statement essays, editing and proofreading, and assistance with coursework assignments. In this respect, the company appears to be full-service.
We found no writing samples or any blog on the site, and that is disappointing.
Pricing System and Discounts
TermPaperEasy prices are on the high side. A high school student will pay $17.55/page for a basic essay with a 15-day deadline. The paper we ordered, at the junior college level, 8 pages with a 7-day deadline was $227.20 – a bit pricey when compared to others. We expected great quality for that price, but it didn’t happen.
We also looked for TermPaperEasy discounts. The site says there are discounts for first-time customer, but we couldn’t find any Term Paper Easy promo codes. So, we contacted customer support. Those discounts are available only when a customer asks for them, and we did receive a 5% discount with a Term Paper Easy coupon ode to enter into our order form.
Security Level and How to Proceed with Payment
Here is our issue with this company (among many). To even be able to place an order, we had to cough up lots of personal information before getting to the order form itself. We did not like that, especially since we could not find any policies relate to privacy. Who else now has our information?
Payment is secure, and we had no issues with using PayPal to process our credit card.
Writer Expertise and Delivery
On-time delivery seems to be the one thing this company does well. All of the TermPaperEasy customers’ review we read stated that their products were delivered on time.
Regarding writer expertise, we find a different story. Customers complain about quality of writing and resources. Most seem to believe that native English-speaking writers are not used, considering the grammatical errors in their products.
We can confirm these complaints. The paper we received was poorly structured, without a clear thesis statement. There were numerous grammatical and word usage errors, indicative of ESL writers. A big disappointment.
Additional Benefits
We were not charged for our title or bibliography pages, but beyond that, there really are no additional benefits offered b this company. The fact that customers have to ask for discounts and that those discounts are pretty minimal is a definite negative.
Conclusion
In short, we cannot recommend this writing service. We worry about the lack of written policies, the truly questionable quality of the products, the high prices, and the fact that we had to provide so much personal information before even getting to the order form.
